Two submarines operating in the vastness of the ocean collide. Likewise, two satellites orbiting in the even greater vastness of space find themselves in the same place at the same time.
Back on earth two people, each presuming to be the featured speaker, meet at the podium.
Okay, maybe the third 'collision' hasn't happened yet. But, as I've said before, we should never attend any presentation without being ready to share the floor, however briefly. It may be a good opportunity to reach potential colleagues and customers.
In that way, they'll know us the next time we, uh, run into them!
