Travel keeps getting more complicated

So now we’ll need our passport or some other proof of citizenship every time we cross the border. But does anyone expect the average person to think that far ahead? Look at airport screening. Passengers have known for years now they have to remove their shoes for inspection – and yet they still get caught with holes in their socks!
